Pizza Chaffles

Having a pizza craving? Try these low carb Pizza Chaffles! It only takes three ingredients to make these tasty appetizers but they will satisfy your taste buds from the first bite! They hit the spot!

Pizza Chaffles is a Free Recipe from LowCarbKetoMeals.com!

You will need a Mini Dash or other mini waffle maker for this one.  I recently purchased a 4 slop mini dash so I can make four at a time!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4-5 slices of pepperoni of choice
  • Your choice of Marinara Sauce

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat your mini waffle iron for 2-3 minutes & spray with oil.
  2. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese into a preheated mini waffle maker.
  3. Add pepperoni & then top with the rest of the cheese.
  4. Close the mini waffle maker & cook for 4 minutes. Do NOT open the waffle maker early or it will
    stick to the top.
  5. Remove Chaffle & let cool.
  6. Dip in sauce & enjoy!

 

* Alternate option:

Make chaffle without the pepperoni.  After you remove from the waffle maker, put on a baking sheet & make others. When done, top with Marinara sauce, a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese & the pepperoni. Then broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Eat as you would a pizza!
