While I’ve always been interested in health and wellness my interests usually centered around eating to lose weight…or to keep weight off. While that is still a goal of mine it now goes much deeper than that. As I got older and health ailments began to creep up on me, I decided to change my lifestyle and live more naturally, striving to have a better quality of life as I age. The food that I eat is a big part of that.
The Low Carb/Keto lifestyle has literally changed my life! It helped me lose weight, lowered my blood pressure, relieved joint pain. It also has given me a clearer mind as I strive to prevent the onset of Alzheimer’s that runs deep in my family. So, you can see that for me, this lifestyle is very personal.
