Pecan Crumble
This is a very versatile recipe that can be used on just about any fruit dessert you want to make! Be it an apple crisp, rhubarb cobbler or my Cranberry Cheesecake Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 T. butter
- 1/4 c. pecans
- 1/2 c. almond flour
- 1 T Keto friendly confectioners sweetener (such as Swerve or Monk fruit)
Directions:
- Combine the butter, almond flour, pecans & sweetener in a small blender or food processor. Then pulse until it resembles a crumb-like mixture.
- Sprinkle over the Cranberry Layer of the Cranberry Cheesecake Recipe (or whatever recipe you’re using).
