Cheesy Biscuits
These are so good they melt in your mouth! It’s like eating a cloud that’s bursting with flavors! Not to mention how healthy they are for you! You should limit how many you eat but why would you?!

Makes 9 Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups superfine almond flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 T. butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Lightly grease a muffin pan. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, baking powder & garlic powder.
- In a small bowl, combine eggs, sour cream & butter. Whisk until smooth, then add to the dry ingredients.
- Add cheese & mix batter thoroughly.
- Scoop 1/4 cup of batter into each muffin mold. Bake for 10 minutes or until tops are golden & a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the biscuits to cool slightly before serving.
