Chicken Alfredo
Pasta is one of those dishes that feels like home! This is one of the best recipes to make if you are following a keto lifestyle!
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1-1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1-2 cups shredded chicken (can use a rotisserie chicken or canned chicken)
- 1 lb. of cooked pasta of choice
Directions:
- Add butter & cream to a large skillet.
- Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
- Whisk in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper into the skillet.
- Then simmer for 1 minute.
- Whisk in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Serve with chicken & low-carb pasta of choice.
