Chicken Alfredo

Pasta is one of those dishes that feels like home! This is one of the best recipes to make if you are following a keto lifestyle!

Chicken Alfredo is a Free Recipe from LowCarbAndKetoMeals.com!

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1-1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1-2 cups shredded chicken (can use a rotisserie chicken or canned chicken)
  • 1 lb. of cooked pasta of choice


Directions:

  1. Add butter & cream to a large skillet.
  2. Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Whisk in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper into the skillet.
  4. Then simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Whisk in parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Serve with chicken & low-carb pasta of choice.
