Ham & Cheddar Oven Omelet

What a great way to start your day in a healthy way! It only takes four ingredients to make this recipe & you can even make it a day ahead!

Ham & Cheddar Oven Omelet a Free Recipe from LowCarbAndKetoMeals.com!

Ingredients:

  • 16 large eggs
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl whisk eggs & heavy cream together. Then add the ham.
  3. Pour all into a greased 9×13-in. baking dish.
  4. Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Spread the 1 c. of cheddar cheese on top of the casserole & bake it for 5 minutes more to melt cheese.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

 

Nutrition Facts: 1 piece: 208 cal.; 14g fat (7g sat. fat), 314mg cholesterol; 330mg sodium; 1g carbs; 15g protein.
