Ham & Cheddar Oven Omelet
What a great way to start your day in a healthy way! It only takes four ingredients to make this recipe & you can even make it a day ahead!
Ingredients:
- 16 large eggs
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl whisk eggs & heavy cream together. Then add the ham.
- Pour all into a greased 9×13-in. baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Spread the 1 c. of cheddar cheese on top of the casserole & bake it for 5 minutes more to melt cheese.
- Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
