Low Carb BBQ Sauce
One of the hardest thing for me about eating keto is giving up sauces. This BBQ sauce is low in carbs so use it on all sorts of meat guilt free!
Ingredients:
- 1 c. no sugar barbecue sauce
- 1 c. no sugar ketchup
- 3/4 c. golden Monk fruit sweetener
Directions:
- Combine together & simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Use for your favorite meat for a BBQ! It’s great with chicken, pork, polish sausage & ribs.
