Vanilla Butter Frosting
This recipe literally, let’s you have your (frosted) cake & eat it too! It’s super simple to make & you’ll love the sweet results!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups powdered monk fruit sweetener (or favorite powdered sugar free sweetener)
- 1/3 cup butter (or Ghee)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 T. milk (or almond milk if you are dairy free)
Directions:
- Put powdered monk fruit sweetener in mixing bowl.
- Cream in butter, vanilla & milk.
- Add more milk as needed for your desired consistency.
- Frost your favorite cake, cupcake and/or cookie! Or just eat it right out of the bowl!
