Protein Veggie Power Shake
Looking for an easy way to get your veggies into your daily meal plan? This recipe gives you 2 servings! And depending on what flavor of protein shake you add to it, it could be the best chocolate shake, that you’ve ever had!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. of water
- 1-2 scoops of your favorite low carb protein powder
- 1/2 cup organic cauliflower, cut into chunks
- 1/2 medium organic zucchini, cut into chunks
- 1 cup organic spinach or organic mixed greens
- 2 ice cubes
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a high speed blender & blend until smooth.
- Drink immediately, or refrigerate for an hour & drink it cold!
