Cheesy Chicken

If you are looking for a flavorful dish, without all of the carbs, then this dish is for you! It is packed with chicken & cheese that will fill you up from the first bite until the last one!

Cheesy Chicken is a Free Recipe from LowCarbKetoMeals.com!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenderloins thinly cut or pounded
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. crispy bacon, crumbled (about 8 slices)
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Colby Jack cheese (or use your favorite cheese)
  • 1/4 c. green onions, sliced or diced (optional garnish)

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, bacon crumbles, green & half of the cheddar cheese together until combined.
  3. Place the chicken breast in a baking dish & spread the cheese mixture over the chicken. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165˚F internal temperature).
  5. Garnish with additional bacon & green onions, if desired.
