Three Ingredient Chicken Nuggets

Trying to eat healthier but love your chicken nuggets?  Love chicken nuggets but don’t like the ingredients found in premade ones? Here is an easy three ingredient chicken nugget recipe that is as easy to make as it is delicious!

Three Ingredient Chicken Nuggets Free Recipe from www.LowCarbKetoMeals.com!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can of chicken (or about 2 cups shredded chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (use your favorite)
  • 1 egg
  • salt & pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Drain & Rinse a large can of chicken.  In a food processor mix chicken, 1 cup of your favorite shredded cheese & an egg.  Mix all together. You can do this by hand if you don’t have a food processor.
  2. Form into nugget shapes and place in an air fryer on 400° degrees for 10-12 minutes. You can also put in a 400° degree oven if you don’t have a food processor for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Dip in your favorite sauce to serve.
